I used to spend 80% of my working time contacting different owner departments and contractors to get the status of our projects and still missed a lot of details. I now use the ConstrucTime dashboard to track the current status of the 179 projects under construction in our city and allocate most of my time on mitigating upcoming risks and improving processes through lessons learned. We installed the system at the end of the last year and it has actually changed the way we manage our projects. I expect that this year we will deliver around 95% of our projects on time. This is very important because our construction portfolio is made up of schools, hospitals, roads and other infrastructure that determines people's quality of life.

We are a fast-growing company and each year we start new projects in new regions of the country.
